Hp Pavilion a320a crashing

I own an Hp Pavilion a320a
P4 2.6ghz 256mb 40gb hd
integrated graphics card
64mb dynamic video mem.

and the game keeps crashing when im sailing the ship around.
I have put all the graphic options too low in the game and this still hasn't fixed the problem
I love this game and want to keep playing so does anyone know of any drivers or anything that could fix my problem.

I downloaded the latest graphic drivers from the HP web site and It still crashes sometimes when I enter ports or just sailing around.
I also noticed some people are metalic color like the pics on that other post.

I love this game and really want to play it.
Should I spend money and get a good graphics card or just wait for a patch because it sounds like alot of people are having this trouble.

What you need is more ram, 500 or maybe 750 meg
btw you'll end up with metalic pirate and governors + others,
the disk you play the game from is disk 2.
