I am looking for the New Horizons Beta Ship Recognition/Strategy Guide

I used to have it but recently I lost my hdd with all the mods I had from different games (along with other things) and I lost it. I can't download it from ModDB since it's mirrors do not have it and Gamefront mirror gives a 403 error (it says forbidden as if Greece is blocked, but I asked friends from US to get it and it still won't download). Does anyone have it and can share it? Thanks
