I NEED HELP AGAIN !!

HI,
After a finish the game (sink black pearl) i have to delivery back to lichthouse Climent and after go to Redmond.
Bat then I travel to lichthouse and i am near the eiland something happend and i am redirecting to the way between Geenfort and Lichthouse !!!
AND I CANT GET OUT ! BECAUSE the way LICHTHOUSE <> and exit to GREENFORT ARE CLOSED !!!
I have tryed to visit Redmond first ! but it didnt help.
PLEASE HELP ME !
It happend evrytime when i am near GREENFORT !!!!!!!
Then i am landing to the OXBEY !! I have loading OXBEY (jpg) ! After i am hearing some sounds but on the screen i have loading map (jpg) ! and nothing happend !!!! PLEASE HELP ME !

Back again... Nope, did not happen to me, everything went fine.

I'm not exactly clear as to what happens - you do not get the "sailto" to go to Greenford or the Lighthouse?
