Im a Tad stuck

im new to this forum and my first post! hope this go's ok

Ive been playing potc mod build 13 and think its awesome well done guys!!!. i love the manowar ships and added ilands! it makes the game so much better like sea dogs and interesting with more quests!.
Im stuck on this bit, ive built a mansion in Antiga and spoke to the lady and she said a merchant called and i said send him in and she said he is on his way, well i cant move my charicter at all or go back to my ship im stuck there until he comes i think?, i hope i aint got to re do the game or anything?.

You know you can build your own things ie mansion farms etc
Are you able to buy land and start a town settlement like you can in port royal 2?? im not sure about port royal 1 as i aint played that.

Im guessing you have been changed to actor type, just execute this line through the console

LAi_SetPlayerType(pchar);

Buy land? Nope. You can get land when you're promoted if you've got a Letter of Marque.
But you cannot visit your land; you just get money from it each month.
