impossible to play campaign mode with build 13

impossible to play campaign mode with build 13, impossible to play campaign mode with build 13. I can play campaign without build 13 final installed, but after I install it the protagonist can't speak to anybody when starting a new game, I have to kill malcolm to get out of the ship but stiill no one talks to me, what should I do?

Have you set the controls to default in the Options menu?
