Solved Incite War through Console

I there some way that I could incite war? My country is not at war against any foreign superpower and pirates ships are not much of a profit to deal with. Is there some way i could do to start a war against countries?

Not through regular gameplay, no. Only possible through console.

You could get a LoM from a nation that does have enemies.

Well yeah, I could just abandon my country but, anyway, how could start a war through console?

These are the commands you would need:

SetNationRelationBoth(ENGLAND, SPAIN, RELATION_ENEMY);
SetNationRelation2MainCharacter(SPAIN, RELATION_ENEMY);

Up to you to choose the nations.
