"Insert original DVD" issue.

I just installed CoAS, but even with my "original DVD" it still shows the message in topic title. Any ideas what should I do? I have english version, I'm running Windows 7 RC build 7100. I tried no-dvd image from GCW, but still no effect. First of all, I couldnt mount it with VirtualCloneDrive, PowerISO and UltraISO. Now I found Alcohol 52% working, but it still shows same message. Any ideas how can I get that game working? I played PotC, but I kinda want more <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

EDIT: Ok, it worked. Thanks. Now I'm getting Runtime error <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

Anyway, I used to play AoP Caribbean Tales and PotC just fine. I kinda doubt thats the reason.
 
What versions of DirectX do you have installed? If you don't have DirectX 9 that could be part of the problem, the game was designed for that. From what I have read, should install just fine on Windows 7. You can get it <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0CF368E5-5CE1-4032-A207-C693D210F616&displaylang=en" target="_blank">HERE.</a>
 
INTEL Integrated? Storm-based games don't work with that. You can get it to work with <a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net//index.php?autocom=downloads&showfile=55" target="_blank">SwiftShader</a>.
It's software rendering, so performance isn't so great, but it works.
 
Actually, it's ATI integrated. Could it be cuz I patched up to 1.2? Same error appeared, when I tried to add stock PotC's cheats to PotC build 12.1 some time ago, so I kinda think it might be cuz of some kind of incompatibility.
 
Does PotC run? If it does, then it shouldn't be a hardware issue. I think...
 
PotC and AoP run just fine. I'm even available to play PotC with maxed video setings just fine.
 
Patched to 1.2? The game? If so, you'll need to reinstall. The english language version of the game is already 1.3.0. If you installed the russian 1.2.3 update, you have broken your game.
