Install patches without mods

In the game Vanilla, these quests are bugged:
- Lost Ships City
- Ascold quest
- Austin quest
- Tenochtitlan quest
- Enchanted city quest
...
Yours CMv3 and CMv2 are very interesting, but I would finish the game vanilla, and after making mods...
You can install the patches without mods?

Note: my game is in Italian language: this is a problem? I have to change the installation in English language?

I know you guy's want to play COAS and the quests. I have been trying to fit the time in when i can to get this done. I expected it to be finished already but like all plans i make something comes along and messes them up. I can't give a release date just yet but i can say that its almost finished.
