Hello, I had today dowonladed Build 14 Alpha with Patch 2 and played some in Jack Sparrow storyline.

I have problem in moment when I get to prision after fight with Will Turner in Port Royale after rescue Elizabeth Swan.
It look like this:
I fight with Will Turner, after few seconds arrival English soldier and stun me. I am transported to prison. I wait one second and it shows me a message dialog beetwen me and soldier guard. BUT it is empty, there isn't any words in it. Jack is sitting on the flour behind cage and I cann't do nothing... I am blocked, despite of strafe A and D, but then I go outside the textures...

Have anybody problem like me? Is it solution to fix it?

I will be much greatfully for help.

I have seen that exact same problem and reported it to Short Jack Gold.
As far as I'm aware, he made a fix which is included in Build 14 Alpha 9 Patch 2, though I didn't check if that works.
In any case, get that patch if you haven't done so already, then try again. New game recommended and enforced, though. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

And I would like to apologize for one mistake... :p I forget to wrote that,
I play on ,,Build 14 Alpha 9" with --Patch 2--

and I installed the game like this:
,,1 - Install Build 13 Final (if you haven't done so already)
2 - Remove the PROGRAM, RESOURCE\INI and RESOURCE\MODELS\Locations\decks folders
3 - Extract the Build 14 Alpha 9 Full file on top of your game
4 - Allow it to overwrite all files it wants to
5 - After completion, run RunMe.bat
6 - Install Patch 2
7 - Run RunMe.bat again
8 - Start the game and reset the controls to default in the Options menu
9 - Tweak the controls and the game's settings to your liking in the Options menu
10 - Start a new game, select a storyline and ENJOY!"

Is there a requestion to install --Patch 1--?

So then If I play on --Patch 2-- and have still this problem I won't be able to continue storyline till it will be relased Patch, solution to fix it?

Patch 1 not required, so it should've been installed correctly.
That means that the fix isn't working as intended, so we need to check it again.
We'll try to get it sorted as soon as possible. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

Regrettably the current Patch 2 fix appears not to be consistent.
It should work from an "if" statement:
if(checkquestattribute("Turner", "Another_night_in_Jail"))
but in discussion with Mudd via PM I find it doesn't.
IF you know how to open and modify dialog files,
add:

I have added it to the game for the next uploads.
 
Oh crap! Maybe that is because I had re-added the dialog.currentnode code in quests_reaction.c. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/boom.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":boom" border="0" alt="boom.gif" />
