(Maybe it is solved somewhere in this forum but I couldn't find it.)
When all the "skill points" reach 100, as far as it is said, they become fixed and don't rise anymore, resulting no gains in "attribute points".
Now I'm asking to you guys who can enter files of the game and decode and edit them.
"Is it possible to make some reductions from those skill points when they reach 100, without giving any harm to the saved games, and continue playing the game to regain those deducted skill points, and gain attribute points to give a way to reach the awaiting "perks"... just for the sake of completing the collection?"
