Kill the beggars

I have killed all the beggars,took 1000000 piasters as my reward and now i dont know how to activate CoAS quest !!!!!!Can somebody help my????

I think you can't anymore, you either kill them all and take the money or you don't kill them and talk to the beggars. Though perhaps there is another way, I don't know.

Check the walk through for more information, but I think you get the mission first, and talk to a beggar, then travel to an island, any island, talk to another and he'll give you some information, go to another island and talk to another beggar and he will tell you there is a beggar in a Spanish island who wants to talk to you.
