Layton Dexter´s chest

Where is Layton Dexter´s chest , and how to find him. I don´t want to miss him ( for the good things inside ) before leaving CoAS ?

The chest is on Tartarus, but it's behind a locked door which you will need to bypass. Talk too Rojel Haag, then Lea Toors, then the Admiral, then Boyle, then jump off the plank on Tartarus and swim in through the hole in the hull. Then ask for rumors and you will get the lost key rumor. Find the key, loot the chest.
