Basicaly i'm just wondering how strong if ever can a colony succesfully defend itself from attack/siege?Basically i'm getting tired of going all the way across the frigen map against the wind, take a colony, build it up and then get a message one of my other ones across the map is under siege so I go and save it while another one is being sieged across the map again making it impossible to save both. Also I thinks it's rather stupid that for example I took all the spanish coloies, then I get a message one of mine is under siege by spain.Granted just because all thier colonies are gone in the carribean doesn't mean that spain would give up,but as a naval force for the time being(the rest of the game) they should be finished.Just now I had three colonies get attcked and all gave me 14 days or less to save them, well as you all know it can take 14 days to move 6 inches on the map, much less save 3 different and spread out colonies,I mean whats the point in hiring a mayor, upgrading my buildings and fort if they can't atleast sometimes take on the smaller forces. At the very least they need to make it so it's as hard for the npc to take a certain level fort with a certain garison as it was for you to take it from them,I mean i've gotten attack messages and shown up only to find 2 corvettes and a war galleon, sure they are strong ships but that fort put a hurting on my 3 MoW's.Anywho to get back on point can/do the colonies ever defend themselves successfully? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
