it's the ship with the red sails. please make that ship im realy in love with this ship....

Quite a few people on here can do it but either have projects they are doing themselves OR are working on Build Mod ships.

Ships are easier to model than characters though... character model suggestions arent likely to get done (but a ship is a possibility)

What is needed to mod or build a ship? What programs, textures, etc.

Maya + plugins should be enough. You can reuse other ships' textures or try to make your own.
Any picture editing program that can edit TGA files should work.
