Missing `CD-key`

I got a new copy from Amazon last week and it didn't come with a CD key! Has anyone else had this problem? I'm still waiting to hear back from Atari Customer Support.

Look inside the front cover of the manual.

I bought a PC copy of Sid Meier's Pirates! today and when I got home and tried to install it I found that there was no `cd-key`. I have looked on the cover and inside the cover as has been suggested on here but there is nothing. Does anyone have any ideas what I should do? I am quite annoyed about this as I was looking forward to playing it over Christmas. I am in my parents house which is outside Dublin so I can't return it to the shop for a week or so. It came in a card box with the cds and the manual inside. There were no cases for the cds. Thanks in advance for any help.

yeah, i wonder when the next patch will come out that will fix this one up...
if ur `cd-key` is missing (wich is kinda amaizing) then return the game to the store. if a `cd-key` is missing then the store is selling pirated copies. buing a game with out `cd-key`/manual/CD is like buying a car with out a wheel this days... kinda never happends.

Thank you for having the forum available. I couldn't find the CD Key until I looked `on-line`. Would have been a real bummer on what is now `X-mas` morning.
