Modpack - I am a little confused

Today I uninstalled my current PoTC that stop working because of the substantial bug in the main storyline and I want to install all anew and try the newest version of Modpack with Build 12.1.
Pieter, I was on your server and tried to study what I should install, but I must tell you that although you have all done very nicely there I am afraid I don´t understand exactly what all I should install. So, could you write me here once again what version and updates and at what sequence I should install on the Build 12.1 if I want to start complete new installation of the game ? Hi, Nathan. You needn´t to occupy by my problem anymore because I uninstalled my current game completely just now and I would like to start completely new game with the last version of the modpack. To install the latest modpack version:
1) Install stock PotC
2) Install Build 12.1
3) Extract the "Current Base Version: 28 July 2005" (Download modpack (55,9 MB))
4) Extract the "Large Update File (14,5 MB)"
5) Extract the "Update to the update (58 KB)"

I'm sorry for having such a complicated update order, but this was the easiest for me to upload. And this way, you won't have to download a 15MB update every time I make a small change. Thanks Pieter for your prompt answer. I meant it this way but I wanted to have a certainty so as I would needn´t install all anew in the case of wrong procedure. You're welcome. I admit the installation procedure is rather complicated. I wished I could have made it more clear. I did try to, but now there is so much text on my page, that instead of making things clearer, it makes it more complicated.

I am also real curious if you can play the game to the end. Don't count on everything working completely properly though. I reckon it should be more-or-less playable, but there are several known bugs still left, some of which are real annoying. And with Nathan currently away, there is hardly anyone to fix them. I hope that, even if the modpack won't run completely flawless, you will have a good time with it. And be sure to tell us of all bugs you might encounter.

Two things I want to warn you about:
- If you are boarding and are ready to go to the next deck, be sure to not face an officer when pressing the spacebar. That causes some real annoying bug with the dialog interface being shown on the next deck and not going away anymore. If this does happen, save your game as soon as you can and reload it; that should be a sort-of work-around.
- It seems that sometimes, an officer can go "mad" and start attacking you or your other officers. If this happens, try to get away from your officer. And be sure to save many times in case he manages to kill you.
