I've got a bit of a problem. I have all the parts of the map to Montalban's hideout, but there's no red "X". I searched the entire area of the map (on coast, so not difficult to find), but there's no trace of his hideout. Is this a bug? Have other's run into this problem? It's driving me nuts!!!

After posting, I dug back deeper into the forums and discovered others HAVE had this problem. Sorry to post before searching! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/oops3.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
ops2" border="0" alt="oops3.gif" /> Guess I'll have to go back and try an old saved game and see if I can't get a red X. Talk about annoying! All that time wasted! Probably just scrap this character (over a decade of pirating). <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":c" border="0" alt="mad.gif" />I have a nice big red X on mine - it is "Near Vera Cruz" (which is so wonderfully vauge . . . .) and I suspect it might be near an inland lake.

(Currently, I am doing what <i>I</i> call "Privateering", the Spanish call "Piracy" and what the daughter of the governor of Port de Paix calls "A romantic Carribean cruise" . . . I am NOT going back to the north when I have cities whose name might as well be "Please plunder me - please!")
