my crew morale isnt good...
they are all unhappy...
how to get em happy without plundering a city?.....

and witch ships got the much money with em?...

I tend to think they best way to keep a crew happy is plunder, plunder, plunder. Pick an enemy nation or three and just wait outside their ports and take every ship that sails your way.

- Grab the ships with all thier cargo
- Sale the cargo at a friendly port
- Sale the ships at a friendly port

This will help your crew stay happy, increase their share and solve your money problems. Always be wary of the amount of damage you inflict on a ship, to much and it sales for very little. If you can board her and win by fencing your income will be better.

If its a merchant I will give one or two salvo's of round, then board. This helps to lower their morale and they may just surrender.

If its a warship, especially one who outguns me, I will give her three or four salvo's of round and then chain her to a standstill.
