I was wondering if it really helps to carry multiple Aztec God figures with you? I mean does it multiple your success if you have like 10 "Idol of the Great mother" figurines? Or does it give 100 times 10 authority to you if you have 100 emeralds? Or has it same effect if you would carry just one piece with you?

The same items stats are not stackable so it is useless to carry more then one item each.
EVEN MORE: THE TOTEMS DISAPPEAR if you try to have more then one each. But you can have more then one in either of the officers and the cabine chest; so be extremely carefull with the totems.

They work with companions and officers too so they are not useless.
