Need Help Music alias processing is done in code now

how would i get this to work in potc i see where you put sound alias now but there is like 6 different things in that folder

It would probably be better to convert them to .ogg format. Then put them into a separate folder inside "RESOURCE\Sounds\MUSIC", e.g. "RESOURCE\Sounds\MUSIC\Nita".

After that, have a look at "PROGRAM\sound\ALIAS\music_option_DaisyMusic.c". That sets up aliases for various soundtracks to be used in various locations. If you want to hear that music, you'll need to download it from https://piratesahoy.bowengames.com/potc/Grey Roger/Daisys Alt Music.zip. But the important thing is to see the aliases file because you'll want to create a similar file to tell the game where to use your songs.
