Of course, we couldn't forget rules, could we? All server rules apply, and the following apply to #PotCBuildMod:
1. Do not discriminate based on race, religion, handicap, or any other personal means that could be highly offensive.
2. Do not flood. This is basically entering many messages in a row. You will be auto-kicked, and eventually banned if it continues.
3. Do not engage in flame wars. These conflicts can be annoying and cause hatred among users. Please avoid them.
4. Do not use annoying text scripts of any form. This includes, but is not limited to: away scripts, what music you're playing, making your font an annoying color, premade messages.
5. Do not ask to be an op/halfop. Chances are, the more you ask, the less likely you will, and more likely you'll be banned.
Keep to these rules, and you'll have a wonderful time!
<!--sizeo:4--><span style="font-size:14pt;line-height:100%"><!--/sizeo-->Channel Operators<!--sizec--></span><!--/sizec-->
Operators (ops) and half-operators (hops/halfops) are those that keep the chatroom in order. Halfops can kick and ban, and set some modes. Operators can do everything a halfop can but also set more modes and can make other people ops or halfops. If you have a problem with a user, please PM one of the ops.

<b>General structure of the channel.</b>
At the moment the channel staff is as follows:
<!--coloro:#9932CC--><span style="color:#9932CC"><!--/coloro-->Channel Owner:<!--colorc--></span><!--/colorc--> Mykey
This staff will grow as needed for proper moderation of the channel. I am looking at people for ops. Do not ASK to be an op. If I feel that you would make a good op, I will ask you if you wish to be one. If you wish to be an op, the best course of action would be consistently good participation in the channel.
Now, as for Voiced members. These are the members (other than ops) who have a good working knowledge of PotC. These are people who are there to help the Build Mod grow. Now, even if you don't have a nice Voice symbol (or dot, depending on the IRC client) next to your name, answer any questions that you do know the answer to if you can.
