Need Help Whit Story Line Quest

When the spanish invasion bridetown the npc of the city disappear!! I kill all spanish soldier but I don't know what to do or where to go..

I searched everywhere but I can't find anyone

haven't done that particular mission myself, but whenever I invade a town I have to fight my way to the governor's mansion, maybe kill a few grunts that guard it inside, and talk to the governor (who is afterwards on administrative leave). Maybe that's what you should do if you haven't already... otherwise, I don't know heh, maybe try the spanish questline walkthrough a few threads up?
