Snagged this one via Blues, it's a new video from Paradox which is a "Meet the Nitro's"  Basically it's lead designer Kim Soares, now with no hair...., going through the team.  I must say after watching this I do wonder what it is with Sweedes and wearing black...



Also, until the 31st you can still preorder East India Company and receive the Pirate Bay addon for free.  I've done my through Gamers Gate (which Paradox owns) but you can also use Steam or Direct 2 Drive.
