New ship

I've create a new ship but the little pic in the corner at sea is never the same. Somebody know why?

Does your ship have its own specific pic?

No. I've copy the black pearl for the code lines in ships.ini, just change the name. The skin works but the pic is never the same.

there are two different texture files with those ship pics in, maybe there's an extra line of code you need to copy somewhere to make sure it always selects the right one?
