You could try the latest driver here:

<a href="http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/intel865g/" target="_blank">http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/intel865g/</a>

Make sure you have a look in the "how to identify your video/graphics driver version" section first to make sure you do have that video chipset.

Your main problem is your video controller is built into the motherboard and these are much slower than card based video controller (eg nvidia geforce series or ati radeon series) and so will come across compatibility problems with a lot of games.

would this work well with the game??? any help would be greatly appreciated <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/onya.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="onya.gif" />

It would be ok, but geforce 4 mx are notoriously slow compared to ti geforce 4s and even struggle against the older geforce 3 ti.

<a href="http://www1.pricetool.com/`xPP-Graphics_Cards`--price_range_0_100" target="_blank">http://www1.pricetool.com/`xPP-Graphic...ice_range_0_100</a>

From that list i would be looking to get a geforce fx 5200 which you can get for not much more and its performance is vastly better

Although looking at their site this doesnt seem to be an issue anymore, but dell has a history of using dodgy cases that can actually cover up the agp slot of the motherboard <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":facepalm" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" />

edit: taking a second look at the dell site, it appears their cheaper computers dont even have an agp slot <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sick.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":eww" border="0" alt="sick.gif" />

so the one i picked would it be able to run the game or not, i don't really need or want a better video card if it is unnecessary because i think this is the only game i will use on my computer

It would work, but the performance might not be the best (although from having a closer look at the 5200, its not really that much better <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" /> )

What you really need to do is first is to open up your computer and check if the motherboard has an agp slot. Here is a photo of a typical motherboard

<a href="http://gallery.colofinder.net/albums/albun31/asus_opteron_sk8n_1.jpg" target="_blank">http://gallery.colofinder.net/albums/albun...eron_sk8n_1.jpg</a>

The agp slot is the brown one immediately to the right of the 5 white pci slots

so i have to go inside my comp and look in like i said before computers are not my expertise so i may need some help from a friend on this thanks for all the help so far though <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />
