does the normal "print screen" button work to take pics in this game? if so where does the pics go???

if not what program do i need to take pics??!

Fred Bob, The little experience I have of fire ships is that you lose the officer you put on the fire ship forever, and where this might be accounted a bad thing if you have an officer assigned to the ship that you like, with an officer that you don't like, he doesn't get the experience boost for sinking the BP, so maybe you do. (unless this is one of those hand of God situations) That sounds logical, but is it POTC logical?

Thanks for the saved game, that'll cut the time it takes me to get to KR way down. I got to the part of the main quest where you go to QC to look for Rheims and the Build puts an awful lot of pirates in that neighborhood and me little lugger couldn't take the heat. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":eek:" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" />

I can heartily recommend the FB, KR, BP Challenge to any and all comers, it is a worthy endeavor for them what has a taste for adventure. Thank you again Fred Bob for providing me with a save game so I could get quickly to the playing field. Following our terms: I set the level to Adventurer, sold off the Battleship and Tartana and purchased a lugger prior to heading to KR from Douwesan Harbor. The lugger was an off the rack model with 47 crew and 10, 12 lb. guns. I took me three tries to bring down the BP and I almost reloaded the game on my third try when I knocked off my Lugger's foremast on the Man O' War prior to boarding her.

About three hours, I think, after I downloaded your save game, thanks again, I made a few adjustments and then headed for KR. It took me three tries because a couple of times I busted up the lugger before I even got into the Temple.

I'm a boarding kind of guy, The bad guys tend to space themselves out, so you can take them on one by one. The only one that gave me any kind of trouble was on the MOW, but the safest spot that I've found is besides that boarding ramp that is just to your left when the fight starts, only three of them at a time can get to you. Then it's just blocking, timing cuts and drink'in yer V8 when you start to bleed too much. Indestructible Danielle is useful too, because she keeps 2 of them waiting on her while you deal with their friends. The first time I tried it I got one of your officers killed because I hadn't told them to sit the boarding out, of course it was the guy with the exceptional cannon skills.

I've recently taken to trying to disable the ships with cannon fire, especially knock down the sails to leave them dead in the water, but boarding is usually still my first choice.
