Please Help!! Unable To Locate Component

after install i try to start game but it show the massage

Pirates!.exe Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found.`Re-installing` the application may fix this problem.

i've try that say but always same problem and i can't find MSVCP71.dll in any folders

Help please !!

guys i don't know what installs this .DLL but its supposed to be located in the WINDOWS/SYSTEM32 folder of XP.

its a "C" runtime library and can be downloaded from here:
