PostBuild12 crash in Oxbay Canyon after meeting Danielle

After I've met Danielle and found out that she knows where Rheims is I leave her and go into Oxbay Canyon. As soon as I see the first villian the game crashes. It happens every time and I can't get passed it. Here is the error report:

What version of the game are you using? Build 12.1? Or a Post Build 12 version? Does this happen always or just this instance? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
 
I'm using Post Build 12. I tried restarting at my last save point which was just before I went into Oxbay Canyon and got the same result every time. I went back to Redmond and started from there and it worked this time.
 
I'm glad you got through this part of the game now. I wished I knew why that problem got caused though. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />
