Fixed Postillionen doesn't fit in harbor

Errr, that is not the CastelF but is the Postillionen. But it indeed does not fit there. It seems only the smallest ships fit there.
Sorry for my mistake, I was not sure so I Think it was the dutch version of her.
You can add a refShip.Jetty = false; line in het ships_init.c entries.
That should put an end to that.
I'm surprised that hasn't been reported before. Thanks for catching!
