Problems during storms

So basically the game was running fine. I could do anything, anytime with 0 crashes.. until suddenly one day I enter a storm and it crashes. "No big deal" i thought, but when i restarted it i was once again finding myself in the storm (it was above the island i was on so when i got in my ship i was put into it). Turns out it did it again. After that it would always crash in storms, except a few rare occasions. Now normally, i would just avoid storms, but when i went to the CoAS, it turns out its storming.. So any ideas? I defragged my computer, scanned with SpySweeper (<- installed after the crashes began) and have tried loading previous saves and what-not.. All to no avail.

As i was typing this I tried it one more time - I realized it says driver somethin had crashed and recovered. The driver name was a bunch of (seemingly) random letters.. When i go to 'hardware' in 'properties' of C:, i dont see the driver listed.

Any ideas?

2gb RAM
HP a6200n
AMD Athlon Dual Core proc.
32-bit Vista if that matters...

Post the exact error message, maybe it'll mean something to somebody.

I posted somethin in the Spanish Quest Line topic too, but in case nobody saw it (as i think is the case..), I just wanted to say hi <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hi.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":gday" border="0" alt="hi.gif" />

And it says "Driver nvlddmkm has stopped responding and has successfully recovered"
But thats after Engine.exe has stopped working..

Ah, see? There's a bunch of threads on nvidia forums and other sites discussing this error: <a href="http://www.google.com/search?q=nvlddmkm" target="_blank">http://www.google.com/search?q=nvlddmkm</a>

Thanks!! I haven't gone there yet, but i didn't have the slightest clue as to where to look.. I am only 13 after all <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":sad" border="0" alt="icon_sad.gif" />

EDIT: Alright so after quite a bit of looking I think i just gotta update my drivers (go figure! haha) and im doing so now... I'll letcha know if the problem persists.
