Promotion

I notice when you get promoted to commander you don't get a new appropriate uniform, is this intentional?
I recall some dialogue about awarding a ship with promotion at some point is that in the game yet?

The next uniform is at your next promotion for "captain"; there aren't seperate uniforms for every promotion, just for the main ones.
At captain is also where you'll get an accompanying officer with a ship, provided you're using Build 14 Beta 1 Patch 4.
