Question about bounties

Ahoy Mates!

So...I have managed, through a number of very minor transgressions, managed to incur a price on my head. And, while I find smiting bounty hunters to be great sport, I'm considering accounting for my endeavours. Can anyone point me along the path to redemption?

Do I attempt to pay a governor or diplomat? or is there some other way?

You can pay diplomat but it's more epensive way you can also pay governor but only after bounty is higher than 16000 and governor is cheaper. If bounty is under 16000 than you can take quests from the governor.
