Question

Hi, I've played Build 13 and i think it's awesome! It adds A LOT to the game! Unluckily, Build 14 did not work. But that is not the question. I've been modding other games for a while, but i can't find any tutorials or any forums about modding Pirates of the caribbean. Can someone help me please? I really would like to make my own mini mods ;/
