Well i got a question I was wandering if at the beggining of the game you leave Oxbay before the french arrive and get hit by the storm and you land on Conceico Can you continu the main quest, i mean do you go to the governor on Redmond Island and tell him about the french invasio and so on?

it seems that you began with stormy start. Before going to the Silehard you must sail near Oxbay to see a movie about French invasion and initiate the main quest this way.

yeah i figured it out when i wanted to go to greenford and it started the Oxbay invasion movie.

Raise French colours (or Portuguese) before you leave port. Malcolm Hatcher warns you a French fleet is on the way, so you should fool them into thinking you are a friend. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Yes Malcom warns you besides you should know better than sailing into a french fleet WITH A BRITISH FLAG!!!
That my friend is called suicide, lol unless you got the inf hp file hack.

Pieter won't raising french colors make the fort attack you ?
Or is the fort french when you leave Oxbay ?

The fort is French when you attack. A bit odd really; how can those French have attacked the fort already when they just started attacking? lol ok I always had a portugese flag going out because they are non hostile with both french and british, actually they are non hostile towards everyone (except pirate which is what I am lol)
