Thats probably for the Russian market only. It will take a while for an english version to be released, after the russian release.
 
This one was announced quite some time ago by Seaward.ru themselves. The are using the Gamebryo engine and tools to develop the game. Its supposed to wind up something like a cross between The Elder Scrolls and the previous Seadogs/Corsairs titles.

And Ursus (head designer of Seaward.ru) said somting like: "if release in Russia will be successful the game will be published by the western publishing house" - mmm... 2011? 2012? From what some of the Euro folks are saying, the pre-order stores are saying the game has now shipped. And supposedly its just the US that is in the dark on a release date.

At least thats what has been mentione on the Playlogic forums.
