Reset Quests

I was wondering if there was a way to reset quests...

In the isabella quest I failed to meet her in the afternoon (I think where her brother is killed by Salvatore).

Now it says the quest is completed...but its not....any advice?

Reseting quests is hard (sometimes impossible) as some quest cases can't be reinitiallised and other factors affect what dialogs you get
