Ruby in sword

When you read the info of a ruby, it says that the ruby would be good for your sword. Is there somewhere a smith who makes that?

Nope. Maybe Akella planned to have stuff like that, but it's certainly not implemented. :

For that I just give the ruby
itm.skill.fencing = 1; // Petros
