Solved Ship Class Icon on Character screen

I noticed in the posts by @SirDuke recently that his F2 > Character screen had the icon giving the max Ship class he can sail appearing.

& my game )

I assume that this must be controlled by some setting/option , because it does not appear in my game.

Can someone please tell me which settings/options i have to change to get this icon to appear as I would like to have it.

The ship command restriction only applies in Realistic Game Mode, so that icon is hidden on Arcade.
