Bug shipyard blueprints freezup

here is a vid i made, had to go steal the blueprints from cartagena, and bring them back to nevis, ussually, i sail to the nearest beach from the target city, have my officers with me thru the jungle, then dismiss them @ the gate, decided to take them with me this time, and got all the way into the shipyard, took the blueprints and froze, could go no where, draw weapon or anything. ?????
