Hi,
does anyone know if in the game are available, if found, skulls other then the jade skull (Tenochtitlan), I heard of a blue skull and a rose skull. If yes, where to find them and how. What you gain after having retrieved the trhee of them? Thx

Yes there are two other skulls, sometimes you can find them being sold by stall vendors but they are expensive.

Other then buying them, is there another way to get them? What happens when you possess all 3 skulls? What do you acheive? Thx

I'm not sure where else you can get them, but I think when you have all three, it unlocks a quest. But i don't know for sure, the most I ever had was two.

Ye kin git dem In de City o' Abandoned Ships itself during one o' de side quests!
They give ye skills boosts, but it only be hepping ye early in de game befer ye gits maxed out on yer skills!

They give some pretty massive skill boosts. Unless, of course, you're awesome and have FireBat's Complete Sailor's Guide to Privateering installed, in which case they're quite valuable and make wonderful doorstops.
