A question for all.
I'm about to start testing the Privateer in game to make sure it works well.

I was thinking of making it a unique ship and perhaps assigning one to Claire Larrouse

and another to Pirate_7 captain of the Brig Duk in the Nigel quest.

Or I could just set it so you can buy or encounter it at sea.

why not make it encounterable at sea and buyable at QC and Tortuga only!
