Or make his hair black.

Edit: If you want to download the last download (all black skins together) ithe file is empty theres only a readme in it :S )

You sure about that? I just downloaded it and the fpk was in there? Anyone else having a problem with the file?

Yeah I was thinking of giving him black hair or/and grey highlights at the temples.. I did give him a headscarf in one mod but never bothered putting it up..
 
Nah theres nothing wrong with the file, the file is missing if I open it with WinACE. But when I downloaded WinRAR it was fixed. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

Ahh cool <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> ... Maybe I should offer the files in other formats, I just assume everyone uses winrar...

As for the black hair.. good call .. I had a quick play and I actually prefer him with a darker more sinister look..

Free but contains a 2 second "`pop-up`" everytime you open it. Not great for packing (I still use Winzip...remember that? <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" /> ), but I haven't found anything yet it can't unpack.

Anyway because the difference in packed size between Zip, Rar and Ace on a 115kb file is probably close to nothing.....you might as well use the most popular format (still Zip) and save some time for those people who can't open Ace files (and that's a LOT of people).

The files were WinRar files not winace...<b> But I have replaced the files with Winzip files for ease of use </b>.. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

I always thought winzip opened winrar files (I know winrar opens zip files).....

Actually, I've never had a problem with Winzip. It's WinAce that will not fully open rar files from time to time, but since I use WinRar almost exclusively, it's never really affected me much. 7Zip is another compression program I use alot as well.

And on the subject of the dark look, definitely liking that. Looks very awesome.

Well, too bad I don´t know where the pictures from the Pirates! Gold starting tale are stored. The pictures representing Adventurer and Swashbuckler level look pretty good, those would be some nice looks on your AE.
 
Blagger, can I make a mod request for the gray/silver hair? I was viewing the DDS files last night and I found the file the game uses for his face as he ages, and id look really cool if he had maybe all gray/silver hair, maybe just the sides and the back.

I can´t await using this "adult pirate" with dark hair and beard. Looks more like a man / pirate and not like a "kind boy" .
