Solved Stange Perk Appearing

oooopps..sorry forgot to say I used the console(copy attached), but still, if I were to play the woodes rogers, i don't know if the problem will still exist.
if I don't use console, i just get the blank perk with the same error: interface\perks.c : line 307

This is probally because you are using a savegame from before the update?

Nah, I delete every save plus the options file and start a new game everytime there is an update.
