I'm doing the steve linney quest for Morgan, i went to La vega the barkeeper tells me his friend just left port and if i hurry i can get him.

I found him he turned hostile, i boarded and killed him.. what now? ive tryd to take him prisoner then interrogate him, i destroyed his ship, Nothing works..

Its getting pretty annoying

Help would be appreciated

In the sea of La Vega you must not attack the lugger, you have to go near the lugger, up there with the boat and talk to the captain, who said that Linney is left with two unknowns, and that his ship Swallow is on sale at S. Domingo ...

cant do that, because my backup went corrupt or something and my main save is beyond that point -.-
