Sugestions for built 13!

I was wandering,can built 13 developers create leveled list for ships and items.I noticed in built 12 that after going through couple of storms you can reach high level,take fencing and capture Man'o'war,or even buy it.I took couple of pirate hunt missions and I was able to buy man o war from shipyard.If you see my point,you get man o war early and no one can beat you,its not cool.
So my sugesstions for built 13 are:
-Lover EXP rate from fights,storms (especialy).
-Since there are a lot of ships in previous built and moders made effort to skin luger and other small ships,it would not be fair to them if we can take Man o war after a few missions.So making leveled list so that we have a luger at the begining,then galeoth.....brigantine.......corvete....fregate...................Man o war.
-Again,on world map at the begining there should be more lugers and other boats,then slowly as you reach higher lvl,brigantine will apear,and so on.
-Storms are spoiled by Save Game.Make them harder to avoid,and someone will take those skills for evading storms.
-Swords and pistols/musket also leveled like ships
-Generaly slower EXP progress

If anyone has something to add,please do so,thats why I made this Thread!

Item level restrictions will be in future updates by way of a toggle. It got 'lost' at one point.

As for ships... restricting all enemies from having high level ships will surly wreak havok on the entire game dynamic (even the opening quest with the three french ships would be worthless). Just because you are a frosh new captain of a tartane, doesnt mean the world should all be using lesser ships.

And for the rest of the ramblings... no, no... and uh ... naw... nope.

Open up BuildSettings.h and set START_DIFF_SHIPCAP to 1. That should do exactly what you want.

That should be done in a new update. It used to be that way, but it got lost.

It always was like that, even in the stock game. You need more XP points for each level up. So the level-ups occur less and less often.
