meanwhile, wrecky has adopted a new level of wierd. if i have the media player running, and i open the seraph inn website, a soundtrack from ahriman's prophecy starts playing. right.

we did a classical cartoon maneuver in puzzle pirates yesterday. we where running the defensive side of the blockade again, and to our left where three ships. one of these, our own, was going east. another enemy ship was going east, and a second was going west. our ship was going to end up between the two enemy ships. first, our ship got fired on from both sides, but what the enemy hadn't expected was that it was moving on after that, so the two enemy frigates shot the crap out of each other instead! :rofl:

i swear, that blockade is going to go down into the history books. it's been one massive epic battle. we've successfully defended the same island five times in a row now, but the enemy still keeps coming. this blockade had a very nice beginning. at the start, we had a frigate and a war brig on our side, and there where 4 or 5 enemy frigates close by. we where pretty much screwed. as it turned out, we had 5 more frigates on the other side of the board. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" /> we managed to hold out just long enough for the reinforcements to arrive, and dominated the battle from then on. we lost 3 or 4 frigates, the enemy lost at least 8.
