when i play through the main quest for the game and get to the battle with the black pearl, i use that orb thing on her and then use the ability "instant Board" i capture her and then when i go to the interface that u use to sail from island to island the game just quits, no error messages or anything?? any help goin?? lol

thats where the problem lies, i start to sail off intoi the sunset but when it gets to night time on the big "world" map the game just exits, whereas if i just destroy the pearl it works fine after (im aware that with the mod the game doesnt end liek it does if its stock)

So what you're saying is if you sink the BP, you get to continue the game, but if you capture it, the game crashes?

What Build version are you using?

you have to start a new game after installing the update (there is a second one now!) for it to work.

the "lol" was interpreted as you realizing that you needed the update.
 
'lol' is often considered as: haha, funny. i always thought it was wierd when people started using it in totally innapropriate situations. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
