well........then go to this <b> Empty PM Folders</b> on the left hand side...with this delete your PM boxes to allow more....if this is not the problem you will have to enable your PM's

to change your email and allow personal messages you have to go under <b>Email Settings</b> and then tick the little box that says <b>Send a confirmation email when I receive a new private message
Enabling this option will send an email confirmation of any new private messages sent to you.</b>
