Tropico 2 - Please insert original disk error

what sucks for me is that whenever i try installing Tropico 2 it says please insert origional disk.... it's one of the few games i bought.........new. anyways anyone have any solutions? or has anyone run across this? i really don't feel like hacking a game i bought.....

and sorry about your graphics card man. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> that sucks "No gamer will take this 3D card seriously" thats rough!
