weird thing happening sometimes when trying to board...

ok, i was battling a sloop of war since i received a tip that a specialist was on board. with my large frigate i try to board it so i rammed it. then, a huge explosion appeared and it sank? <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":huh" border="0" alt="huh.gif" /> i hadnt even cannoned the ship. ever happened to any of u guys? a bug perhaps?

Nah I reckon it was timing, The ships magazine was due to explode at just the sametime you rammed it. Nothing more than a coincidence I reckon. See if you can get the situation to repeat. I guess not. If you do find it repeating, then maybee it is a bug (but I doubt it).

I've heard a couple of times that you can actually destroy a ship by ramming it if it's considerably smaller than yours (reported when trying to board very small vessels such as War Canoes). Never happened to me though. I don't think it's a bug, it's a perfectly possible situation.
